Welcome to Helpuddy, a Luxembourg-based online platform connecting people who need services (“Customers”) with independent professionals (“Providers”).
By using Helpuddy, you agree to these Terms.
Helpuddy only provides the digital platform — it does not provide or guarantee any of the services listed. All work is carried out directly between the Customer and the Provider.
1. Accounts
Users must register with accurate information. Providers are responsible for holding valid registrations and paying taxes where required. Helpuddy may suspend or remove accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or illegal activity.
2. Subscription and Payments
Providers pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee of €50 to access the platform and offer services.
Helpuddy does not charge commissions or manage payments between users.
Customers pay Providers directly.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must:
Act honestly and respectfully.
Follow all applicable laws and safety regulations.
Avoid discrimination, spam, or misleading posts.
4. Liability
Helpuddy is not responsible for the quality, timing, or payment of services.
Any agreement or dispute occurs directly between Customer and Provider.
Helpuddy provides limited dispute assistance but bears no liability for outcomes.
5. Data Protection
Helpuddy complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is collected only as necessary to operate the platform.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Luxembourg City.
